Dear Friends,
I hope you are healthy and staying safe during these uncertain times! As you navigate balancing teaching online with all of your other responsibilities, my prayer is that you will take time for yourself to connect with others.
As a restorative practitioner and master facilitator of The Virtues Project, I have experienced first hand the power of connecting in circles! During this critical time in history, it is even more important for us to stay connected! It is in that spirit that I invite you circle up so that you can connect more deeply with yourself and one another. The outline/lesson plan below is an example of circles I have been facilitating virtually using Zoom over the past 3 weeks. They have been extremely meaningful for me and for all of the participants who have joined in from around the world.
I offer you this “lesson plan/outline” in hopes you will create your own circle and web of connection! In this time of physical distancing, it can be an exquisite gift to yourself, and to others, to soul-fully connect. I hope you will take time to unwrap this gift and see the hidden gems within.
