Learn how to use The Five Strategies of The Virtues Project, a framework to inspire:
- individuals to live more authentic and meaningful lives
- families to raise children of compassion and integrity
- educators to nurture safe, compassionate, and thriving learning communities
- leaders to encourage excellence and appreciation in the workplace.
This framework has been honored by the United Nations as a model global program for families of all cultures. Endorsed by the Dalai Lama, it has inspired and mobilized hundreds of thousands of people globally, equipping them with tools and strategies to be of service to humanity.
Objectives
As a result of this program, participants will develop skills based on the 5 Strategies of The Virtues Project including:
- Speaking the Language of Virtues to build trust, increase hope, improve communication, and strengthen wellbeing.
- Recognizing Teachable Moments to strengthen resiliency, self-esteem, accountability, and personal growth.
- Setting Clear Boundaries and utilizing Restorative Justice to create more functional relationships and teams.
- Honoring the Spirit to elevate well-being and deepen connection.
- Offering Companioning to empower others to find clarity and discern their own solution.
Note: This 2-day session can be attended by itself or as a prerequisite to the 3-day Facilitator Training.
Equity pricing is available. The suggested fee is $349 US. Because of Virtues Matter’s commitment to making this program accessible, we offer equity pricing. This means that to accommodate diverse financial needs, we have implemented a payment system that empowers individuals to choose an amount that best suits their circumstances.
How do I know what payment amount is appropriate for me?
Those who might pay less: Face additional financial burdens due to systemic inequalities like discrimination, medical expenses, disability-related challenges, reliance on public assistance or challenges due to incarceration history.
Those who might consider contributing more (to help others): Benefit from secure housing and financial assets like having investments, discretionary income or access to inherited wealth.
If you cannot attend this workshop and would like to schedule another Virtues Project event in your area, contact Dara at Dara@virtuesmatter.org. It would be a joy to be of service!
